Any product purchased from shopNDT is covered by our guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied by any of our products, for whatever reason, we will issue you with a full refund (excluding postage costs). Simply return the unwanted item in its original saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

Items damaged in the transport

All orders come in appropriate protective packaging, but in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in the post please contact us immediately. Please also ensure that you retain all packaging as we may need it should a claim against the carrier need to be made. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible. We also ask that the original is returned to us. This will be arranged at our expense.

Items lost in the transport

It is very unlikely that your package will be lost but occasionally this does happen. All international and most Slovak orders are sent with some form of tracking and we are usually able to locate them. Orders that are lost however will be replaced as quickly as possible.
